Smoked Chili-Lime Salmon Bowl

A sharp, bright bowl with roasted salmon, crisp vegetables, cooling yogurt, and hot citrus oil.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cucumber
  • Chili flakes, paprika, garlic, salt

Method

  1. Season salmon with paprika, garlic, salt, lime zest, and chili.
  2. Roast at 425F until just cooked and lightly smoked at the edges.
  3. Toss cabbage with yogurt, lime juice, and salt for a cold slaw.
  4. Build bowls with rice, cucumber, slaw, and salmon.
  5. Finish with hot chili-lime oil and extra citrus.
